March 12 – practice @ 6:30am

ALL – 7 miles (10x400 @ 1600gp w/ 2 mins recovery)

PM – Varsity 4 miles

March 13 – practice 6th period

Group 1 – 14.5 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p

Group 2 – 12 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p

Group 3 – 11 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p

Group 4 – 10 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p

Group 5 – 8 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p

March 14 – practice @ 6:30am

ALL – 5 miles

March 15 – La Habra Dual Meet

ALL – 9 miles

March 16 – practice @ 6:30am

ALL – 5 miles

March 17 – Great Oak Distance Carnival

March 18 – practice on own

Varsity Boys – 5 miles

Varsity Girls – 4 miles
