Monday, October 10 (Practice @ 7am)

Varsity 8 miles - 3x1mile @ 97% of VVO2 max w/ 3mins recovery

PM Varsity Boys - 4 miles barefoot on grass

PM Varsity Girls - 3 miles barefoot on grass

Non Varsity - 7 miles - 2x1mile @ 100% of VVO2 max w/ 3mins recovery

Tuesday, October 11 (Practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 9 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 4 - 4 miles

Wednesday, October 12 (Practice @ 6:30am)

Varsity Boys - 7 miles 4x45 sec sprints w/ 5 mins jog recovery

PM 4 miles barefoot on grass

Everyone Else - 7 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

Thursday, October 13 (Practice @ 6th period)

ALL 5 miles premeet

Friday, October 14 (NO AM PRACTICE)

League Cluster #2 @ La Mirada Park

Saturday, October 15 (Practice 7:30am @ Legg Lake)

Varsity Boys - 9 miles (league course 3 times)

Everyone else - 6 miles (league course 2 times)

Sunday, October 16 (On own)

Varsity Boys - 6 miles
