Group 1 - 10 miles (5 @ AT pace + 4x200 sprints)

Group 2 - 10 miles (4.5 @ AT pace + 4x200 sprints)

Group 3 - 9 miles (4 @ AT pace + 4x200 sprints)

Group 4 - 9 miles (2x2mile @ AT pace + 4x200 sprints)

Tuesday, March 12 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 15 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 14 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 - 12 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 4 - 10 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Wednesday, March 13 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles

Group 2 - 6 miles 

Group 3 & 4 - 5 miles

Thursday, March 14 (La Habra Dual Meet)

Redondo Invite Group - 5 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

Non Redondo Invite Group - 9 miles (2wu + race + 1cd + 2wu + race + 2cd)

Friday, March 15 (practice @ 6:30am for non Redondo Group and Varsity Boys)

Group 1 - 3 miles (shake out run)

Redondo Group - 7 miles

Saturday, March 16 (Redondo Invite)
