Wins Manhattan Eastern States title by 106 points with record team time on historic Van Cortlandt Park 2.5-mile course in the Bronx.

2. Carroll HS, Southlake, TX [3]
Sweeps top four, and six of 10, to win Chile Pepper (Ark.) Festival with 19 points and 15:28 5K average in field of 494 runners.

3. North Central HS, Spokane, WA [2]
No major meet since last ranking, regional on Saturday.

4. American Fork HS, American Fork, UT [4]
Wins State 5A championship by 25 points over Davis, taking six of top 11 places for 29 points.

5. Arcadia HS, Arcadia, CA [10]
Wins Mt. SAC team sweepstakes title by 42 points with second-fastest team time ever.

6. St. Xavier HS, Cincinnati, OH [5]
Runs 1-2-3-6-7 for 19 points in district meet.

7. Dowling Catholic HS, W. Des Moines, IA [6]
Easy district winner, state meet on Saturday.

8. St. Xavier HS, Louisville, KY [7]
Takes seven of top 10 for 22 points in Lexington Catholic Invitational.

9. Cardinal O’Hara HS, Springfield, PA [9]
Runs 1-2-3-5-6-7 for 17 points and 16:14 5K average to win Philly Catholic League on hilly Belmont Plateau course.

Takes four of top five in regional, and five of six in conference, as the pack tightens behind victorious senior Scott Milling.
