Group 1 - 9 miles (5 @ AT pace)

Group 2 - 9 miles (4.5 @ AT pace)

Group 3 & 4 - 8 miles (4 @ AT pace)

Group 5 - 7 mils (3 @ AT pace)

PM VB - 6 miles

Tuesday, October 16 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 14 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Lambert Trail 6.5 out and back

Group 2 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Lambert Trail to Norwalk and back

Group 3 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Lambert Trail to Norwalk and back

Group 4 - 9 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Lambert Trail to Palm and back

Group 5 - 8 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Lambert Trail to Hadley and back

Wednesday, October 17 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles (12xMills Hill)

Group 2-3 - 8 miles (8xMills Hill)

Group 4-5 - 7 miles (6xMills Hill)

PM VB - 6 miles

Thursday, October 18 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 8 miles - recovery run @ Whittier Blvd to Hacienda and back 

Group 2 - 7 miles - recovery run @ Whittier Blvd to Valley Home and back

Group 3 - 7 miles - recovery run @ same as Group 2

Group 4 - 6 miles - recovery run @ Whittier Blvd to Jordan and back

Group 5 - 6 miles - recovery run @ same as Group 5

Friday, October 19 (practice @ 6:30am)

Premeet - 5 miles

Saturday, October 20 - Mt. Sac Invitational

Time TBA - will know more of Monday! We will have the majority of our races between 2-6pm

Sunday, October 21 - (on your own)

VB - 5 miles

VG - 4 miles

Total Miles

Group 1 - 70 miles

Group 2 - 45 miles

Group 3 - 45-50 miles

Group 4 - 40 miles

Group 5 - 35-40 miles
