Group 1 - 14 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 2/3 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 4 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Group 5 - 8 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes

Wednesday, March 28 (practice @ 6:30am) FROSH NIGHT!

ALL - 5 miles w/ 6x100 strides

Thursday, March 29 (Santa Fe Dual Meet) 

Friday, March 30 (non Trabuco Hills athletes @ 6:30am)

Trabuco Hills Invite - 3200m - 7 miles

Saturday, March 31 (Trabuco Hills Invite) - 7 miles
