Thursday, March 28 (Whittier Dual Meet @ CAL)

ALL - 9-10 miles

Friday, March 29 (practice @ 8am)

ALL - 5 miles recovery run or premeet

Saturday, March 30 (Trabuco Hills Invite)

Group 1 - 9 miles @ Trabuco Hills Invite

Group 2 - 8 miles Hill run on own

Group 3 - 7 miles Hill run on own

Group 4 - 6 miles Hill run on own

Sunday, March 31 (on own)

Group 1 - 5 miles recovery run
