PM - 6 miles barefoot on grass

VG - 8 miles (4 @ AT pace)

Tuesday, November 6 (practice @ 6th period)

Weight room (VG - 1 set of 20, BV 2 sets of 10)

VB - 7 miles - recovery run @ Mullberry to Norwalk Blvd and back

VG - 6 miles - recovery run @ Mullberry to Sorensen and back

Wednesday, November 7 (practice @ 6:30am)

VB - 8 miles (10xMills Hill)

PM - 6 miles barefoot on grass

VG - 7 miles (6xMills Hill)

Thursday, November 8 (practice @ 6:30am)

VB - 7 miles - recovery run @ Whittier Blvd to Valley Home

VG - 6 miles - recovery run @ Whittier Blvd to Jordan

Friday, November 9 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 5 miles - premeet

6pm - CIF Dinner @ Olive Garden

Saturday, November 10 (CIF Prelims @ Mt. Sac)

ALL - 8 miles

Sunday, November 11 (on your own)

VB - 14 miles w/ 8x100 strides

VG - OFF!
