Monday, September 26 (Practice @ 6:30am)

Groups 1/3 - 7 miles (1x1600 Time Trial + 5x400 @ 800p w/ 400 jog recovery)

PM Varsity Boys - 4 miles barefoot on grass

PM Varsity Girls - 3 miles barefoot on grass

Group 4 - 5 miles (2wu + 4 grass loops)

Tuesday, September 27 (6th period) - Don't forget it's a late start! 

Group 1 (Boys) - 7-9 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 1 (Girls) - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 (Boys) - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 (Girls) - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 (Boys) - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 (Girls) - 5 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 4 - 4 miles 

Wednesday, September 28 (practice @ 6:30am)

Groups 1/3 - 8 miles (8x30sec sprints w/ 3min jog recovery)

PM Varsity Boys - 4 miles barefoot on grass

Thursday, September 29 (6th period)

ALL - 5 miles premeet

Friday, September 30 (NO AM PRACTICE) - Don't forget it's a minimum day!

Del Rio League Cluster #1 @ Legg Lake 

Bus leaves at 12:30pm

Saturday, October 1 (practice @ La Mirada Park @ 7am)

Varsity - 9 miles (course 3 times)

Groups 2/3 - 6 miles (course 2 times)

Group 4 - 3 miles (course once)

Sunday, October 2 (practice on your own)

Varsity Boys - 6 miles barefoot on grass

Varsity Girls - 3 miles barefoot on grass
