PM (Varsity Girls) 3 miles barefoot on grass

Group 3 - 8 miles (3x1mile @ 97% of VVO2) w/ 3mins recovery

Group 4 - 8 miles (3x1mile @ 97% of VVO2) w/ 3mins recovery

Tuesday, September 13 (6th period practice)

Group 1 - 9 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 8 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 4 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Wednesday, September 14 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 8 miles (8x30 sec sprints w/ 3mins recovery)

Group 1 - 10 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

ALL - 5 miles Premeet

Saturday, September 17 - Woodbridge Invitational

Varsity - 3 miles AM on own

Sunday, September 18 - on own
