Group 3 & 4 - 8 miles (12 x Mills Hill Repeats) 

PM VB - 4 miles

PM VG - 3 miles

Tuesday, January 15 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 & 2 - 9 miles @ Lambert Trail to Norwalk

Group 3 & 4 - 7 miles @ Lambert Trail to Hadley

Wednesday, January 16 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 & 2- 9 miles 

Group 3 & 4 - 8 miles

Hill Run @ Colima

PM VB - 4 miles

PM VG - 3 miles

Thursday, January 17 (practice @ 6th period)

Groups 1-3 - 8 miles @ Michigan Run to end

Group 4 - 7 miles @ Michigan Run to Greenleaf

Friday, January 18 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 & 2 - 9 mile Hill Run @ Marathon Pace (Mar Vista)

Group 3 - 8 mile Hill Run @ Marathon Pace 

Group 4 - 7 mile Hill Run @ Marathon Pace

PM VB - 4 miles

Saturday, January 19 (practice @ 7:30am)

Group 1 - 14 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Whittier Blvd to Verona

Group 2 & 3 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 strides @ Whittier Blvd to Chestnut

Group 4 - 10 miles w/8x100 strides @ Whittier Blvd to La Habra H.S.
