Group 2-5 -11 miles w/ 8x100 strides (Run to La Mirada Park - course once - run back + strides)

Tuesday, October 9 (practice 6th period) Increase weight room core

Group 1 - 9 miles Hill Run @ Colima

Group 2 & 3 - 8 miles Hill Run @ Colima

Group 4 & 5 - 7 miles Hill Run @ Colima

Wednesday, October 10 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 5 miles Med

PM 5 miles

Group 2-5 - 5 miles Premeet

Thursday, October 11 (Del Rio Cluster #2 @ La Mirada Park)

Group 1 - 10 miles (2wu+Race+5mi run)

Group 2-5 - 8 miles (2wu+race+3cd)

Friday, October 12 (Practice @ 6:30am)

VB - 8 miles

PM - 5 miles

VG - 7 miles

NV - 6 miles

Saturday, October 12 (practice @ Legg Lake @ 7:30am)

ALL - 7 miles (2x1mile @ 100% of VVO2max w/ 3mins recovery)

Sunday, October 13 (on your own)

VB - 7 mile recovery run

VG - 4 mile recovery run

NV - OFF!
