October is finally here! 1 month until League Finals and 2 months until the State Meet!

Monday, October 1 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL 7 miles - 10x400 @ 1600dp w/ 1min recovery

PM VB - 4 miles

PM VG - 3 miles

Tuesday, October 2 (practice 6th period) - HYDRATE It's going to be a hot day!

ALL - 6 mile recovery run @ Michigan run to Colima

Wednesday, October 3 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles - Hill Run @ Mar Vista

Group 2 - 8 miles - Hill Run @ Mar Vista

Group 3 - 8 miles - Hill Run @ Mar Vista

Group 4 - 7 miles - Hill Run @ Mar Vista

Group 5 - 6 miles - Hill Run @ Mar Vista

PM - VB 4 miles

PM - VG 3 miles

Thursday, October 4 (practice 6th period)

Group 1 - 7 miles - Med @ La Mirada to Rosecrans

Group 2 - 6 miles - Med @ Alicante
