Group 1 - 14 miles w/ 8x100 strides - Hawes Lambert Trail to end
Group 2 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 strides to Norwalk
Freshman - 9 miles to Mar Vista

Group 3 - 11 miles w/ 8x100 strides to Broadway

Freshman - 9 miles

Group 4 - 11 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Freshman - 8 miles to Bridge

Group 5 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 strides to Whittier’s track

Freshman - 8 miles

Wednesday, September 26 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles - Colima 4.5 out

Group 2 - 9 miles - Colima

Group 3 - 9 miles - Colima

Group 4 - 8 miles - Colima 4 out
