Freshman - 5-8 miles

w/ 8x100 sprints w/ 100 jog recovery

Wednesday, August 29 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles (12xMills Hill repeats)

Group 2 - 8 miles (8xMills Hill repeats)

Group 3 - 8 miles (8xMills Hill repearts)

Group 4 - 7 miles (4xMills Hill repeats)

Freshman - 7 miles (4xMills Hill Repeats) or 5 mile run

PM Varsity - 4 miles barefoot on grass (6th period)

Thursday, August 30 (practice @ 6th period) - weight room - add weight + increase abs & core
