Monday, July 9 (7:30am)

ALL 7 miles - Hill Run (1wu + 6 on Mar Vista & back @ Marathon Pace)

Freshman - 5 miles (1wu + Youngwood & back)

PM Varsity - 4 miles barefoot on grass

Tuesday, July 10 (4pm)

ALL 7 miles (2wu + 10x100 @ 400gp w/ 300 jog barefoot on grass + 2cd) 

Freshman - 4 miles (2wu + lambert loop)

Wednesday, July 11 (7:30am)

ALL 7 miles - Hill Run (1wu + 6 up Colima & back @ Marathon Pace)

Freshman - 5 miles - (1wu + Youngwood & back)

PM Varsity - 4 miles barefoot on grass

Thursday, July 12 (4pm)

Group 1 - 8 miles (your choice of runs - check chart!)

Group 2 - 8 miles

Group 3 - 5 miles

Group 4 - 5 miles 

Medium Pace Run

Freshman - 4 miles 

Friday, July 13 (7:30am - I will be there for the start of practice...)

ALL 7 miles - Hill Run (1wu + 6 Colima & back @ Marathon Pace

Freshman - 5 miles (1wu + 4 Youngwood and Back @ Marathon Pace)

PM Varsity 4 miles barefoot on grass

Saturday, July 14 (7:30am - I will be there and every workout there after Laughing)

Group 1 - 7 miles @ Marathon pace (location to be determined...)

Group 2 - 7 miles

Group 3 - 6 miles

Group 4 - 6 miles 

Total Miles

Group 1 - 55 miles

Group 2 - 45 miles

Group 3 - 50 miles

Group 4 - 40 miles

Freshman - 23 miles
