Monday, April 9 (Practice @ 8am)

Group 1 - 7 miles (Greenleaf & Back)

Group 2/4 - 6 miles (College & Back)

Group 5 - 5 miles (Michigan Park & Back)

Tuesday, April 10 (Practice @ 8am on track)

ALL - 7 miles (2x1mile @ 100% of VVO2 max) w/ 3 mins recovery

Wednesday, April 11 (Practice @ 8am)

Group 1 - 7 miles (Whittier Blvd to ValleyHome & Back)

Group 2/4 - 6 miles (Whittier Blvd to Jordan & Back)

Group 5 - 5 miles (Whittier Blvd to Santa Gertrudes & Back)

Thursday, April 12 (Practice @ 8am on track)

ALL - 7 miles (200/400/800/400/200) w/ equal distance recovery

Friday, April 13 & Saturday April 14 on your own - please run!

Group 1 - 13 miles between the two days

Group 2/4 - 12 miles between the two days

Group 5 - 10 miles between the two days
