ALL - 7 miles (3x1mile @ 97% of VVO2 max) w/ 3mins recovery

Tuesday, March 20 (Practice @ 6th period)

Varsity - 6 miles - recovery run

Non Varsity - 4 miles - recovery run

Wednesday, March 21 (Practice @ 6th period)

ALL - 5 miles w/ 6x100 strides

Thursday, March 22 (Dual w/ Whittier)

ALL - 7 miles 

Friday, March 23 (Practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 5 miles w/ 6x100 strides

Saturday, March 24 (APU Meet of Champions)

ALL - 5-10 miles

Sunday, March 25 (on your own)

Varsity Boys - 5 miles

Varsity Girls - 4 miles

Non Varsity - 3 miles
