ALL 5-8 miles (10x400 @ 1600dp w/ 1min recovery)

PM 4 miles – varsity boys

PM 3 miles – varsity girls

 

Tuesday, October 18 (Practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 - 5 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 4 - 5 miles w/ 4x200 strides

 

Wednesday, October 19 (Practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 – 13 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

PM Varsity Boys - 2 miles barefoot on grass

Group 2 – 10 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

PM Varsity Girls – 2 miles barefoot on grass

Group 3 – 9 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

Group 4 – 6-8 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p
