Group 2/3 - 8 miles (4x800 Hill Repeats @ La Mirada)

Group 4 - 6 miles (La Mirada Park & Back)

Tuesday, October 4 (Practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 Boys - 9 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 1 Girls - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2/3 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 4 - 4 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Wednesday, October 5 (Practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 Boys - 9 miles (5@AT Pace)

Group 1 Girls - 8-9 miles (4-4.5 @ AT Pace)

Group 2/3 - 8-9 miles (4-4.5 @ AT Pace)

Group 4 - 6 miles (lambert loops)

Thursday, October 6 (Practice @ 6th period)

AM Group 1 - 2 miles barefoot on grass

Group 1 Boys - 13 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

Group 1 Girls - 11 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

Group 2/3 - 9-10 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p

Group 4 - 7 miles

Non Clovis Group - 3-4 miles on own
