Monday, August 29 - Returners - practice is at 6:30am, Everyone else @ 7:30am 8 miles (1600 Time Trial + 5x800 @ 1600p w/ 400 jog recovery Groups 1/2 - PM 4 miles barefoot on grass Beginners - 4-6 miles Tuesday, August 30 (practice @ 7:30am) - Freshman - please run on your own! Group 1 - 9 miles Group 2 - 6 miles Group 3 - 6 miles Group 4 - 4 miles w/ 4x200 strides Wednesday, August 31 (practice @ 6:30am) LAST DAY OF SUMMER MILEAGE!!! Returners - 8 miles (8x30 sec w/ 3 mins jog recovery) 3:20pm - ALL weight room Groups 1/2 - 4 miles barefoot on grass Thursday, September 1 - practice during 6th period Group 1 - 9 miles Group 2 - 6 miles Group 3 - 6 miles Group 4 - 4 miles w/ 4x200 strides Friday, September 2 - practice @ 6:30am Group 1 - 8 miles Group 2/4 - 5 miles premeet 3:20pm - ALL weight room Saturday, September 3 - Meet @ Legg Lake at 8am |
