Group 1 - 9 miles

Group 2 - 8 miles

Group 3 - 7 miles

Group 4 - 7 miles

Fartleks (1:30 on/ 30 off)

Groups 1/2 - PM 4 miles barefoot on grass

 

Tuesday July 26 - practice @ 7:30am

Group 1 - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 - 6 miles w/4x200 strides

Group 4 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

 

Wednesday July 27 - practice @ 7:30am

Group 1 - 9 miles (5 @ AT pace)

Group 2 - 8-9 miles (4-4.5 @ AT pace)

Group 3 - 8 miles (4 @ AT pace)

Group 4 - 6-7 miles (2-3 @ AT pace)

Groups 1/2 - PM 4 miles barefoot on grass

 

Thursday July 28 - practice @ 7:30am

Group 1 - 7 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 2 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Group 3 - 6 miles w/ 4x200 strides

Friday July 29 - practice @ 7:30am

Group 2 - 10 miles w/ 4x200 @ 400p
