VB - 50 miles� with 10 mile long run w/ strides

VG and NVB - 40 miles� with 9 mile long run w/ strides

NVG - 35 miles� with 8 mile long run w/ strides

Beginners - 15-30 miles over 5 days

Week of June 17 - recommend 2-3 hill runs

VB - 55 miles w/ 11 mile long run w/ strides

VG and NVB - 45 miles w/ 9 mile long run w/ strides

NVG - 40 miles w/ 8 mile long run w/ strides

Beginners - 20-35 miles over 5 days

Week of June 24 - recommend 2-3 hill runs

VB - 60 miles w/ 12 mile long run w/ strides

VG� - 50 miles w/ 10 mile long run w/ strides

NVB - 36 miles "rest week" no long run

NVG - 32 miles "rest week" no long run
