ALL - 8 miles

4x800 @ 1600gp w/ 400 jog recovery

4x200 @ 400p w/ 400 jog recovery

PM VB 5 miles

Tuesday, April 16 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 - 8 miles

Group 2 - 7 miles

Group 3 - 6 miles

Group 4 - 5 miles

Wednesday, April 17 (practice @ 6:30am)

ALL - 5 miles premeet

Thursday, April 18 (El Rancho Dual Meet @ El Rancho)

ALL - 5-11 miles

Friday, April 19 (practice @ 6:30am or Mt. Sac Relays)

"A" Team - AM 3 miles shake out run + 4x1600 relay

ALL - 5 miles premeet or recovery run

Saturday, April 20 (Mt. Sac Relays or on your own)

"B" team and VG - 4x1600 relay

"A" team AM - 3 miles shake out run + DMR

Everyone else - 5 miles medium pace run

Sunday, April 21 (on your own)

VB - 5 miles

VG - 4 miles  

Total Miles

Varsity Boys - 53 miles

Group 2 - 40 miles

Varsity Girls  - 44 miles

 Group 4 - 38 miles
