Tuesday, April 2 (practice @ 7:30am)

Group 1 - 15 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Group 2 - 14 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Group 3 - 12 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Group 4 - 10 miles w/ 8x100 strides

Wednesday, April 3 (practice @ 7:30am)

Group 1 - 8 miles

PM - 5 miles

Group 2 - 7 miles

Group 3 - 7 miles

Group 4 - 6 miles

Thursday, April 4 (practice @ 7:30am)

Group 1 - 5 miles - premeet w/ 8x100 relay handoffs or strides

Tiger Invite Qualifiers - 5 miles premeet

Non Tiger Invite - 5 miles w/ 8x100 sprints

Friday, April 5 (Arcadia Invite or Tiger Invite)

Arcadia Invite - AM 3 mile shake out run +� 5-6 miles

Tiger Invite - 5-6 miles

Non Arcadia or Tiger Invite - 5 miles on own

Saturday, April 6 (Arcadia Invite)

AM - 3 miles shake out run

PM - 5 miles

Non Arcadia Invite = 5 miles on own

Sunday, April 7 (on your own)

Group 1 - 5 miles

Everyone else = OFF!

Total Miles

Group 1 - 70 miles

Group 2 - 56 miles

Group 3 - 50 miles

Group 4 - 40 miles
