Monday, March 4 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles (4x1mile w/ 3mins rest)

PM - 4 miles

Group 2 - 9 miles (4x1mile w/ 3mins rest)

Group 3 - 8 miles (4x1mile w/ 4 mins rest)

Group 4 - 7 miles (3x1mile w/ 4 mins rest)

Tuesday, March 5 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 & 2 - 7 miles 

Group 3 - 6 miles

Group 4 - 6 miles

Recovery run

Wednesday, March 6 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 5 miles premeet or 8 miles (5k group)

Group 2-4 - 5 miles premeet

Thursday, March 7 (Sunny Hills Dual Meet)

VB - 9 miles or 8 miles (5K group)

ALL - 9 miles (2wu + 1600 + 1cd + 2wu + 800 + 2cd) 

Friday, March 8 (practice @ 6:30am)

Group 1 - 5 miles premeet (if running CSUF 5k) 8 miles if not

Group 2 - 8 miles

Group 3 - 6 miles

Group 4 - 6 miles

Recovery run

Saturday, March 9 (practice @ 7:30am)

Group 1 - AM 3 miles if running CSUF 5k if not - 8 miles

Group 2 - 8 miles

Group 3 - 6 miles 

Group 4 - 6 miles 

Hill Run @ Colima @ Marathon Pace

Sunday, March 10 (on your own)

Group 1 - 5 miles

Total Miles

Group 1 - 55 miles

Group 2 - 45 miles

Group 3 - 40 miles
