Wednesday, February 27 (practice 6:30am)

Group 1 - 9 miles

Thursday, February 28 (Schurr Dual Meet)

ALL - 8 miles

1600/400 runners - 2wu + 1 race + 1cd + 2wu + 400 race + 2cd

1600/800 runners - 2wu + 1 race + 1cd + 1.5 + race + 2cd
